Important Information

  • Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • Exclusions: Next Working Day delivery is not available for Northern Ireland.

Regional and International Delivery

  • Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly: £5.99 (3-5 working days).
  • Europe: We currently do not deliver to European countries.
  • BFPO and PO Boxes: Delivery is not available to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

What time will my order arrive?

Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 20:00.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All orders delivered to the UK and Ireland require a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you’re unavailable, the courier may:

  • Leave your parcel with a neighbour.
  • Place it in a safe location.
  • Return it to the depot and leave a card with further instructions.

Are there exclusions for Next Working Day delivery?

Yes. Next Working Day delivery is unavailable for:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Postcodes starting HS, IV, KW, ZE, IM, AB21-AB99, PA20-PA80, and PH4-PH50

Returns Policy Overview

  • FREE Returns for UK Orders: A Yodel returns label is included in your parcel.
  • Royal Mail Returns: Available for £1.99 via our returns portal.
  • Exclusions: Customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and outside the UK must cover the cost of return postage.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • Billing and Delivery Addresses: You can deliver to an address different from your billing address.
