It's clear that an error

"It's clear that an error was made in either the design or manufacturing when it comes to the fit of these boots. They do look lovely, but it is actually not possible to even pull the base of the boot where your foot should rest over the back of your heel, because they leave nowhere near enough room. I want to stress that I'm a fairly slim-average in weight woman - around a size 10-12. My feet are not abnormally enlarged or inflamed. I have slightly wider ankles and calves than I'd like, so thought these would be ideal, but it's not even possible to test the wider ankle/calf design since you cannot even put your foot properly into the boot with the zip down fully, in order to pull the zip over the back of your foot. I asked 3 other female friends with the same size feet to try them on just in case I was the problem . . . NOONE could zip the boot over their heel. I am a size 6. Perhaps a size 7 would fit, I don't have much faith anymore sadly and so have simply returned these."
