"I had a pair of Sugar Daddy winter boots that I bought maybe 10 years ago that were incredibly comfortable from the first day I wore them. Unfortunately, I have no photo to send as I threw them away last January because they were taking on water. The rubber outsole of the old pair, which had a grainy design, was more supple and the front was more in line with the ground. Another thing, the toe box was also not as stiff. Though the boots look the same on screen, they are not exactly the same in terms of comfort. These details make me miss my old pair but I am aware that suppliers can't stay the same."

"Unfortunately, although they look lovely, one of the boots has a fault on the inside stitching that really rubbed the skin on the side of my foot. Because I only felt it once I’d taken steps outside, I now can’t return them! :-( Also, they run smaller than a standard size 7 - considering size 7s are usually a little large for me on my right foot. So my toes were touching right at the top of the boot of both feet even when I had no socks on. By the end of the day, I was walking ‘funny’ while trying to keep my heels as far back as possible to spare my toes. All in all, not a good experience at all and I shan’t be wearing them again! A big shame because I love the style and colour."
